To register a 22niceph Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you maintain an Account:
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 22niceph reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and any other information provided at registration at any time, including requiring the submission of valid Philippine government-issued identification documents (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's licence) as part of our KYC process.
One Account per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one 22niceph Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or related Accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 22niceph will suspend all such Accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not disclose your username, password, or OTP codes to any third party. You agree to notify 22niceph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 22niceph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account that occurs prior to notification.
Account Accuracy. You must keep your Account registration information accurate and up-to-date at all times. Changes to your registered mobile number or email address must be updated through Account Settings or by contacting 22niceph support. You may not transfer or sell your Account to another person.
KYC Verification. Full identity verification is required before your first withdrawal in excess of ₱10,000, or at any time 22niceph deems it necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by 22niceph may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges pending completion.
Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. 22niceph may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive Accounts as notified in the Account settings. Accounts that remain inactive for 24 continuous months may be closed, subject to applicable regulatory requirements regarding retained funds.
All transactions on 22niceph are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following payment channels are accepted for deposits: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO Unibank, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), and Metrobank.
Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. E-wallet deposits (GCash and PayMaya) are typically credited to your 22niceph Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 30 to 60 minutes of confirmed payment receipt, subject to banking hours and network availability.
Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash are typically processed within 10 to 15 minutes. Withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes. Processing times are subject to payment provider availability and may vary during peak periods or public holidays. 22niceph currently charges no fee for standard withdrawals.
Verification Requirement. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification. 22niceph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where there is a compliance, fraud, or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) concern.
No Third-Party Transfers. You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. 22niceph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party account may be refunded, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
All bets placed on 22niceph are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market on which the bet is placed, as published within the relevant game or sports betting interface. In the event of any conflict between the general terms below and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.
Bet Acceptance. A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the 22niceph Platform and reflected as settled in your Account transaction history. In the case of technical errors, connection failures, or disputes arising during game play, 22niceph's records of the transaction shall be the definitive reference.
Maximum Winnings. 22niceph may impose maximum winning limits on individual games, sessions, or promotional periods. Such limits are published within the relevant game interface or promotional terms where applicable.
Void Bets. 22niceph reserves the right to declare any bet void where: (a) a manifest pricing or odds error has occurred; (b) there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or correlated wagering designed to exploit the Platform; (c) a technical fault materially affected the outcome; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the applicable sport and market as published on the 22niceph Platform. 22niceph reserves the right to suspend or restrict betting on any market at any time without prior notice.
22niceph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to these general bonus terms and to any specific terms published alongside each offer.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22niceph Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Where 22niceph determines that a Player has engaged in any of the above prohibited conduct, 22niceph reserves the right, without prior notice, to: (a) immediately suspend or permanently terminate the Account; (b) void all outstanding and recent bets; (c) confiscate the Account Balance; and (d) pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.
All content on the 22niceph Platform, including but not limited to the 22niceph brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials, is the property of 22niceph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
No Player or third party may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any 22niceph Platform content without the prior written consent of 22niceph.
All game content made available through the 22niceph Platform, including titles provided by third-party studios (including but not limited to JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and SA Gaming), remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider and is licensed to 22niceph for display on the Platform only.
22niceph collects, stores, and processes personal data about Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
22niceph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Player data may be shared with: (a) payment processing providers (GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank) as necessary to process transactions; (b) identity verification and KYC service providers; (c) regulatory authorities including PAGCOR as required by law; and (d) game software providers as technically necessary to operate the Games.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 22niceph shall not be liable for any: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity; arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether 22niceph was advised of the possibility of such damages.
22niceph makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect access to some or all Platform features.
22niceph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit 22niceph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by 22niceph's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
By 22niceph. 22niceph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; regulatory requirement; or inactivity. Where an Account is closed other than for cause, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
By the Player. You may request closure of your 22niceph Account at any time by contacting 22niceph customer support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance at the time of closure (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification.
Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your right to access the Platform immediately ceases. All pending bet outcomes will be settled and the resulting amounts applied to your closing balance before final processing. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, and 14) shall continue to apply after Account closure.
